Given the book's design and accompanying items (including scrolls, mystic light, and small crystal-ball-like artifact), it can be guessed that the upcoming champion will be a mage of some kind.
Through the window, there can be seen clouds and blue sky along with branching vines, indicating a location high up like a mage tower in an area with pleasant weather. This likely implies that the new champion may be Vastayan, Ionian, or Noxian. Although Demacia is a possibility of origin, newly-released Sylas is already a Demacian magic-user and so would cause redundancies.
